The “Dolomites bubbles” – from the North of Italy – conquer the Ninth edition of the “Challenge Euposia”, organized by the Italian magazine “Euposia”, the only one in the world dedicated exclusively to sparkling wines “classic method” or as produced by rifermentation in the bottle.
Over thirty judges – from Japan, Mexico, Argentina, Andorra, France, Sweden, Germany, United Kingdom and Italy – have tasted “blind” over 140 sparkling wines from Argentina, Mexico, Spain, Andorra, UK, Champagne, France , Germany, Italy, Slovenia, India and Japan, decreeing the end the following result:
