Codice Citra, a reference for wine in Abruzzo, will participate in the international event ProWein (March 19-21, 2017) with numerous new wines. Within the stand dedicated to Codice Citra (HALL 16 Stand A12) each day will be dedicated to one of the products or the wine lines of the company: Ferzo, a dedicated Horeca line, Chichibio, the biovegan wine and Hortāri, the classic method sparkling line.
The company from Abruzzo, founded in 1973, unites nine cooperatives in the province of Chieti. It is the largest wine production reality of Abruzzo, which combines technology, control and expertise of a large company to the quality and characteristics of the traditional work of 3,000 wine makers who cultivate 6,000 hectares of vineyards.
Here’s the schedule of the tastings at ProWein:
– March 19th, at 1 pm – Presentation and tasting of Hōrtari, the new line of sparkling wines “metodo classico”, realized in the context of a research and development program for production of bubble wines with Abruzzo grapes launched by Codice Citra in 2014.
– March 20th, at 1 pm – Presentation and tasting of the wines of Ferzo line, destined to Ho.re.ca channel, that includes Montepulciano d’Abruzzo Cerasuolo, Cococciola, Pecorino and Passerina. By Lino Olivastri / Rino Santeusanio and Fabio Piccoli.
– March 21st, at 1 pm – Presentation and tasting of Chichibio, the biovegan wine line.
